I am aware I have been a bad blogger recently, but that is because...dumdumdum - a brand new blog is in the works!! It will be oh-so much better with bigger images! Yay! Since I haven't shared images in a while here is an itty bitty sneak peak of an engagement shoot I did recently. Will and Sharon are super fun and it was great spending the afternoon with fellow Wii fans. Now I doubly can't wait for their wedding to come around! Well, I know you don't come around my blog for my witty verbosity, so here is some eyecandy!
It really should called Happy "My Mom Rocks" Day. My mom showed me from the very beginning what it meant to be a strong independent woman. She was and is a total Wonder Woman (thankfully - minus the costume). She speaks about a gazillion languages, can travel the world and makes friends with anyone and everyone, and basically does anything she sets her mind to. Well, except for some basic computer functions I have to keep reminding her of. I'm starting to think its all a rouse to get me on the phone more often though. Thanks for being such an amazing mom, completely supportive, and such an inspiration.
Something I could never pull off - looking gorgeous as a war correspondent with perfectly coiffed hair and make-up! In a chopper no less. That's my mom folks!
As many of you know I love shooting nature as much as I do weddings. I have promised myself that this year I would do more personal projects, which means shooting more outdoors. As I am already heading into wedding season and find myself spending long hours in front of the computer, I decided to take a little breather and head to Muir Woods. I am pretty lucky to live so close to such an amazing National Park. If you are ever in the area - check it out!
I am so excited to have one of my favorite weddings posted on Style Me Pretty today! It's toasty Mexican goodness on a beach - I wish I was there right now.

I'm excited that Forget Me Knot has posted the gorgeous wedding of Emily and Rob! It was such a sweet and romantic affair and I always love looking at their images again! They also had beautiful wooden invites which you can see here.
